Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your TBS Gear purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items)

  • Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition (free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage).

  • Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Loss in value: If an item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom/personalized sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exception: If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or correct it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

Digital Products

  • Download window: Digital products must be downloaded within 24 hours of purchase. If the download is not completed within the specified timeframe, the customer will be required to repurchase it.

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • No guarantee: Digital products are provided for learning, discussion, and informational purposes only. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee of performance, results, or success from the use of these materials.

Private Consultations & Appointments

  • No refunds: All scheduled sessions (including those booked by the client or an agent on the client’s behalf) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No guaranteed outcomes: Consultation outcomes are not guaranteed; results depend on many factors outside our control.

  • Late/no-show policy: If you are late or fail to attend your session without providing sufficient notice, no refund will be issued, and the session may be forfeited.

Refunds (If a Return Is Approved)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
